<Nebula> is a CE mythic raiding guild on Twisting Nether on a mostly 2-day schedule (3-days in the first 3 weeks of a new tier release). Our goal is to combine progression with a sense of community. We are looking for people who want to be part of a team of like-minded individuals that value camaraderie and efficiency alike.

• Wednesday: 20:00(ST) - 23:00(ST)
• Thursday: 20:00(ST) - 23:00(ST) (First 3 weeks of new tier only)

• A long-standing and stable team.
• A constructive, positive raid environment and steady progression.
• Adherence to schedule - no extra days apart from the first 3 weeks.
• Stability, transparency and open communication within the team and between raiders/officers.
• Fairness in loot and bench decisions.
• A diverse community of people and interests.
• Guild M+ groups running almost every day.

• The ability to listen and respond well to feedback, ask when unsure, own up to mistakes quickly and learn from them.
• Previous experience with mythic raiding.
• Showing up prepared: Research bosses beforehand, optimise accordingly.
• High attendance. Since we only raid 2 days, we prefer to minimise bench rotations as much as we can whilst still ensuring that we can deal with absences. What that in mind, we need our raiders to be able to make the majority of raids. However, absences are absolutely ok as long as they are communicated in advance.

Loot is decided via loot council in a way that benefits the raid progression and is based on the usual factors, e.g., size of the upgrade difference, what (if any) similar upgrades are available from other sources, etc. For high-value items, we typically compare sims from eligible players and communicate the reasons behind decisions transparently.
