US – Zul’jin - Horde 20 Man Raids Tuesday/Wed/Thursday: (Mondays added for first month of a tier or 4 weeks) 9:45 pm - 1:00 am (EST) 8:45 pm - 12:00 am (CST) 7:45 pm - 11:00 pm (MST) 6:45 pm - 10:00 pm (PST) Looking to join a Mythic-oriented group with a storied past and a close-knit community? Look no further than Endure, founded by a lone player in January 2015 and blossoming into a family of raiders who not only love to down bosses, but also love to kick back and play other games outside of Azeroth. As we gear up to tackle Dragonflight, we are in need of an exceptional DPS player who can bring the heat and the logs to match. We want our raiders to constantly strive to improve themselves, both mechanically and strategically, so that we can execute each fight to perfection. And of course, you must have a rock-solid internet connection and nothing that would interfere with our raid times. The goal of Endure is to achieve Hall of Fame, but we also aim to improve ourselves each tier and make our guild a home, not just a temporary stop. By making continuous improvements and striving to do better each raid tier executing every new boss faster and with less pulls. But Endure isn't just looking for skilled players. We want people who are dedicated, responsible, and most importantly, enjoyable to be around. We value real-time situational awareness and the ability to follow directions, while also being able to take constructive criticism with a positive and competitive mindset. This could mean holding DPS in a fight to align the timing to match Cooldowns for the rest of the fight (Razsageth for instance). If you're ready to join a semi-hardcore progression-oriented guild with leadership that has remained unchanged for years, we want to hear from you. But make sure you can meet our attendance requirements - you can't miss more than one raid per month. And of course, you must have Discord and a working mic - no exceptions.
