Raven was formed in late 2023 by friends that had raided for years together in the past, along with people newer to our friend group. We're all about getting things done together and having fun while doing so, but making sure we're serious enough to accomplish our goals. We're a chill group of people that love to pick on each other, while occasionally getting a little weird about it.

Outside of raid, mythic+ is our other main activity. One of our traditions is doing an achievement run for the current raid about midway through the tier when we vastly outgear normal difficulty. Transmog runs tend to also happen as well, but those have been more on a whim.

We are looking for like-minded people to join us! For season 4 of Dragonflight, we raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9pm-11pm EST. The plan for The War Within will still be Tuesdays and Thursdays, but raiding from 9pm-12am EST, and we plan to push mythic.

Please have AOTC and at least mid-mythic raiding experience. We hold the standard that members of our raid team should have patience, a good attitude, strong communication, and above all, being able to take initiative and be self-accountable. Having class knowledge and knowing your role is a must, but understanding that there is always an area where you could improve upon, and accepting constructive criticism as well as seeking out resources is crucial. We expect members to be prepared for raid and educating themselves on the fights beforehand, but we also encourage questions so everyone's on the same page. Keep in mind that you must also be willing to sit at times that may call for it, and it's not personal.

As a note, we will always consider exceptional players if you don't see your class listed here. We would also love people that can off-spec tank and/or healer for backup as needed.

1. Tanks: Not needed.
2. Healers: Need one, with an additional person that's able to flex into a 5th spot as well.
3. Ranged DPS: Will consider, but keep in mind that it'll be a bench spot.
4. Melee DPS: Will consider, but keep in mind that it'll be a bench spot.
