Master of Harmony
My name is Ahnra. I created the guild Occurrence back in July and the guild has been very successful. We cleared Normal Black Rock Depths and Normal Nerub-ar Palace a while back. We are 7/8 Heroic Palace and will kill the queen this weekend or the next. After that we are on to Mythic raiding.
I have done the pugging, to kill the queen on heroic for example. You end up with people keen to leave sooner rather than later. You end up with amateur raid leaders who will threaten you into performance. You end up with raiders blaming others because they don't know the mechanics themselves. It's a poor tactic indeed to make raiding such a non-friendly matter. Yes, pugs are quick, but they are also quick to fail.
Not so with Occurrence. Both guild leaders and especially the supporting officers and leaders are fantastic. Raid leadership is outstanding, in an environment that is friendly, and cooperative. Raid consumables are free, each and every raid. We repeatedly successfully incorporate puggers into our raids. Come, join us, find us on the Illidan server. This is the time for Occurrence.
