Mossburg was a renowned hunter in his village. He had been hunting since he was a young boy, born into a family of hunters in the forest of Gilneas. He grew up watching his father and grandfather hunt wild animals for their livelihood and protection and had always been skilled at it. His village depended on him to bring back food during the winter months. However, one day on a hunt, Mossburg stumbled upon a cursed forest. A voice whispered in his ear, promising great power in exchange for his soul.

Mossburg was enticed by the promise of power and agreed to the terms. As he walked back to his village, he felt a strange sensation wash over him. He started to feel feral and his body began to contort into a shape he had never seen before. His eyes turned yellow, his fingernails grew into claws, and his teeth sharpened. Mossburg had been cursed, and turned into a worgen!

Mossburg has since struggled to contain his inner beast and often finds himself transforming at inopportune times. He has long since forsaken his civilized life, preferring instead his primal instincts. He revels in the hunt, using his heightened senses to track even the most elusive prey.
