Raider/pvp/speed leveller since The Burning Crusade - so 15+ years of experience

I am looking for primarily a mythic raiding guild to join now and/or in the future:

1. a guild that reclears - either a farm night speed clear or a sale run speed clear (H or M doesn't matter)
2. NOT a guild that holds lockouts for months
3. a guild that is efficient and organized with their time
4. I have no preference on your progression as long as you meet the above
5. (7/29/22) I currently prefer a guild with at least 6/11M Sepulcher experience
6. a guild that will be around in the future
7. I don't mind sitting on the bench or being a backup due to comp reasons and/or class stack reasons

• (example - you are a 2/10M guild that clears heroic in 1.5 hours and then does 2/10M and are a 1 night guild - great)
• (example - you are an 8/10M guild that reclears 7/10M each week and then works on the 8th on night 2/3 - great)
• (example - you are progressing on sylvanas for 2 months and have held lockout for 2 months - BAD)

In Shadowlands I am: -- 7/7 Mage Tower -- 3000 M+ (all portals) -- 2100 pvp -- Pug Speed Clear Raid Leader -- 7/11M Sepulcher 3/10M Sanctum and 9/10M Castle -- All covenants @ 80, All conduits for all specs max

In the past I have been: -- Multi Realm First Leveller -- Multi Cutting Edge -- 2400 pvp -- Realm First Shadowmoon Burial Grounds - Title: Spiritwalker -- All portals from every previous expansion

• I am currently playing (toons with gear) Druid and Warlock.
• I enjoy playing most: Druid, Hunter, Demon Hunter, Warlock, Paladin - all specs of each.

I have played every spec at max level during my wow career and I will play what the guild needs to a point.

Recent History: I am currently playing with a guild that is taking a break for Season 4 Shadowlands. I am looking to raid with a mythic guild that is at least 6 or 7/11M Sepulcher for Season 4. I have two druids with 278 gear so the possibility to transfer is an option.

Previously: I joined a guild that was just forming from the ground up. That guild existed for about 4 months. After 4 months ish we were on track to be ~1100 world for Denathrius. After 500+ pulls we had a best wipe of .2% - with over 20 sub 3% wipes. The following week Denathrius was nerfed 3%. That week the officers disbanded because the officer core quit to play BC Classic. We did not get the kill on Denathrius. I have not been in organized mythic raiding since then.
