Current officer team has been leading the guild since December 2019, BfA Season 2.

Since then we have the following progress as a guild:

• Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible
• Nerubar Palace

Almost:

• Uldir 7/8m (where the "new"/current leadership joined)
• The Eternal Palace: 7/8m (Roster issues)
• Sepulcher of the First Ones 9/11m (Blizzard's patch timing combined with roster issues/lack of interest)
• Amirdrassil: 7/9m (roster issues)

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Progression raiding in current content, and a stable raid spot for consistent performers.
• Mythic+ groups at varying levels.
• A place where people are treated as people, not as numbers.
• Stable leadership and a team of players that are all willing to sit (on the bench) during progress. The guild comes before individuals.

• A relaxed and positive atmosphere where people are not personally attacked for mistakes.

WHAT WE USE:

• MRT raid notes for healing + other assignments based on a lot of spreadsheets.
• Weakauras to help assign mechanics
• RCLootCouncil with a 3 person council and a lot of spreadsheets for set pieces etc.
• Raidbots for sims in order to distribute loot
• Our Discord channel for attendance, communictaion, etc

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Respectful behavior.
• Playing the game regularly and actively trying to optimize your character and help your friends to do the same. We only require 1 character, but always appreciate options.
• Being prepared for bosses in advance of our first progress pull (we always provide materials for you to study up on, so that we are on the same page).
• Doing your best to contribute to strategies as we progress and try to improve our playing.
• Understanding that the raid leaders decide the tactics and the execution only preliminarily. Constructive suggestions are always more than welcome and we always do best on bosses where the team is working together on the strategy.
• Knowing that progress means wiping, and that learning comes from mistakes (and then doing it better next time). Everyone makes mistakes, and we like our raiders to openly admit to them and show that they have learned something from them.
• Have fun! Enjoy yourself! Joke during trash and farm - we play this game because we like it, not because it's a job! But when its progress, be sharp!
