**Minorities is a community that expanded out of Season of Discovery / WOTK and Cataclysm.
We recently started the retail version, so atm its in progress, but you can help us create!**
Who are we?
We are a semi-hardcore guild, most of our officers are old cutting edge raiders for years. Our goal is to have a stable Full clear HC to start with, and expand to Mythic raiding once the guild is ready for it! We are planning to have 2 raid evenings a week, outside extra events. Outside of raiding we are also focused on pushing M+ Rating with stable teams and we hope to plan events for this and more!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for raiders and socials! For raiders we are looking for semi-hardcare players who are willing to invest in progressing and have medium to high activity. For socials anyone can join, we do wish you to be actually social. We would not like to see our guild with 100 online members and no one responding or interacting! :D
Raid Schedule
Raiding will be 2 evenings: Wednesday: 19:30 - 22:30 ST Sunday: 19:30 - 22:30 ST
Expectations from Applicants
**Skillful and Adaptable: **Proficient in your main class (high-level alts or off-spec raiding experience being a bonus) **Character Maintenance: **Keep your gear, enchants, and sockets up to date. Preparation: Know the strategies provided, your positions, any special talents needed, and boss abilities. Reliability: Be dependable and present for raids, or inform us in advance if you cannot attend. Constructive Attitude: Ability to take and apply constructive criticism. Patience and Determination: Remain calm and committed through challenges. Team-Oriented: Work well with others and prioritize the guild's success. Are you interested or want more information?
