Hello there and welcome to Primevals. We’re actively recruiting new raiders for our roster! Currently Recruiting: 1 DH DPS + Any great DPS players to bolster our roster options. Current Progress: 8/8HC | 2/8M Our raid nights/times: Monday and Thursday 20:00 - 23:00 ST. Our guild is a relatively new one, founded in S3 of Shadowlands. The founders of our guild are myself and my brother. We’re ex Cutting Edge raiders who wanted to create our own raiding guild to focus more on AotC with minor progression into the mythic raids if our roster allows once HC becomes an easy routine weekly clear. During our relatively short life so far we’ve managed to clear all HC content of S3 and S4 of Shadowlands with ease. We had one night of Mythic Raiding in S4 where we downed Shriekwing and almost Huntsman in Nathria. The goal and purpose of our guild is to create a more relaxed raiding scene where the option to play multiple characters and specs remain open without much restriction as long as any individual brings their best to our raid nights. We won’t call ourselves casual, because we do care about the performance of our raiders and we do actively use logs to analyze and track performance. However, we do not demand performance to the extent of a mythic raid, rather we use the logs as a tool to help any individual player where something might be missing/lacking. We do this because at the end of the day a team is only as strong as it’s weakest link and we cannot allow anyone to consistently bring poor performance to our raiding team. We like to tackle these issues head on with open conversations and suggestions on how to improve. The officer team takes a proactive approach with our raiding team. Any concerns or opinions can freely be shared, we’re transparent with our raiders so everyone knows what’s going on at any one time if any major changes are coming. Our guild is full of friendly banter and every raid is generally a super great time for everyone. However we must give you friendly warning; if you are unusually sensitive socially our guild probably is not for you. If the above sounds great to you, we’d love to hear from you. When you join our guild you will enter a trial period which may last anywhere from 2-4 weeks where we measure attendance, performance and persona (if that’s something you can measure) to ultimately decide the outcome of your trial.
