WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU

Get ready for banter, laughter & excitement!

Know how to play your class, read and analyze logs, and be up to date with your character. We are not a starter guild, unfortunately. We do not focus on pushing ranks. However, we do focus on not having to wipe on a boss constantly without improvement. Boss gotta die. We point out mistakes to be improved upon so be ready for criticism.

RAID EXPECTATIONS

• Honesty, excuses for personal failures is not the way to go, own it and move on
• A positive, non-toxic attitude
• Good attendance
• Commit to improving themselves and their gear (through M+ outside of raid)
• Planned absences from MYTHIC raids are communicated asap (week advance).

WHEN?

• MYTHIC RAID THURSDAY & SUNDAY.
• Invites start at GMT 19:15-19:20. Raid ends at GMT 22:30
• We also, never add a mandatory raid outside of these days nor do we extend hours.

Social heroic raid WEDNESDAY and sometimes M+ Tues (both optional but good laughs!)

GUILD GOAL AND WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

• Pushing to attain CE and constant improvement.
• Wiping is not enjoyable, but neither is having a foul and hostile environment. Don't be toxic, mean, or irrational.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ideally mythic experienced raiders from recent expansions, but are always open to giving people a chance to prove themselves. Particularly interested in high performers from small AOTC guilds looking to transition to Mythic Raiding.
