Founded by a core group of players who have raided together for over 17 years, we value teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. 🔹 Flexibility for occasional extra raids is expected—our Raiders should all be driven by the goal of achieving Cutting Edge.

• ✅ Commitment: 90%+ attendance required due to our limited raid schedule.
• ✅ Accountability: If an issue arises, we expect raiders to communicate constructively rather than letting problems linger. Raiders should feel comfortable voicing concerns or ideas to the appropriate person in a mature and respectful manner to help resolve issues efficiently—whether about tactics, availability, or other concerns.
• ✅ Preparedness: Arrive on time with full consumables, knowledge of mechanics, and an optimized character.
• ✅ Communication: We expect our raiders to use their microphones when required during raids to ensure effective coordination.
• ✅ Respectful Banter: We foster a fun atmosphere, but excessive negativity or flaming will not be tolerated.
