Tiliqua started as a group who wanted to focus on M+ and it evolved into a raiding and m+ guild.
We are a little bit of an "old folks home" of gamers where we trend towards 30+. Many are ex mythic who want something chill instead.
We are a home for all skill ranges. This makes it so sometimes it may take us a little longer to get through HC, but so far we havent missed a Curved since we got together.

Our raid usually goes like this on progress:
First couple weeks is Normal to learn what the mechanics are. Those who perform well enough will progress HC. As soon as HC is killed (or the first set of bosses are on farm) we bring in those from Normal again.
Wed and Monday are our HC progress
Friday is our Fun run (Normal or achievement)
We are currently looking to boost up our raid before the next season and next expansion. Looking for more:

2.Offspec healers

3.Offspec tanks.
