From an awkward start in an awkward season we are looking to recruit to clear mythic fated and form a solid roster for TWW. So far we have breezed through heroic, and with the help of a sprinkling of pugs, cleared a few mythic bosses. RaidTimes

Skipping the obvious phoenix analogy, our core came from Tired-TarrenMill. Slamming Tindral then missing out on mythic Fyrakk hurt morale to the point a lot of us were unsatisfied with the environment we had fostered. Poor performance was handwaved, unpreparedness was excused and filling your vault was more of a suggestion than anything else. A decision was made for a clean break and to have everyone retrial with different expectations. Our goal is to have that same raid atmosphere of a group of friends having fun, yet everyone be on the same page that performance matters, fight knowledge matters, getting boss kills matters - not wasting time because one person keeps wiping on a mechanic matters.
