About Defenestrate |

Defenestrate is a guild located on Tarren mill (if you're look for those big gamers in top 100 they play on US!) intent on maintaining a 2 day a week raiding guild while keeping up with irl at the same time. We have achieved cutting edge in multiple tiers since starting in Tomb of Sargeras and have maintained a 2 day schedule while doing so. We aim to complete CE every tier! Currently recruiting for Rogue / Havoc Demon Hunter to finalise our roster for Undermine Current CEs Achieved: Legion: Antorus, The Burning Throne Battle for Azeroth: Battle For Dazar'alor Ny'alotha, The Waking City Shadowlands: Castle Nathria Sanctum of Domination Dragonflight: Vault of the Incarnates Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope The War Within: Nerub'ar Palace If you want to chat or require further information feel free to add Rileor#2842 / Shadow#217102 on battle.net or Rileor#5164 / LingeringWill#4594 on Discord What we offer A stable core with fair leadership, formed from groups of players with multiple tiers of CE achievements. What we expect: A healthy and competitive attitude The ability to stay focused during the raid Punctual attendance Prepared with appropriate consumables and boss knowledge Ready to accept constructive criticism and willing to act on it Up to date on characters trends such as optimal talents / builds as they develop for each encounter and patch. All raiders are required to indicate raid attendance on the calendar with absences due to exams/real life/whatever being made aware to officers prior to raid so that we can gauge our numbers accurately. Mandatory raid times: We schedule two mandatory mythic raids a week: Monday 8:30 - 11:30 ST Thursday 8:30 - 11:30 ST Note: As we only raid 2 days a week for a total of 6hrs we don't believe that it's much to ask for close to 100% attendance. Loot: All loot which can be traded is distributed via RC Loot council to the person who will best utilise it for the benefit of the team. Whether this is through more ilvl, preferential stats etc. Loot is open and transparent if trading is required. Recruitment: In order to streamline the recruitment process, we expect all hopeful applicants to be able to provide acceptable logs of prior experience and to be adequately geared to jump in to the current tier.
