Trial period:

If you successfully applied to us you begin the life of trial. We are expecting 100% (but we know life might be rough) attendance and 100% heart put into the game whether its for progress or farm. Then the success or failure is determined by officers-council that analyzes everything and sets the verdict. Even if our roster is bigger than 20 people, we try our best to mix and match people every week + spot swapping with others so everyone get the loot/kills they want, so don't be afraid of "being recruited to the bench".

What we expect from applicants:

In Taco, we seek players who understand that raiding is a commitment, understand that we are a team and that we rely on one another to not only make raids happen, but also to down content. Loyalty to the guild and consistently turning up to raids is highly respected.

Consistency & Reliability:

We expect our members to do their best to turn up to every core raid on Thursdays and Mondays, to be on time and to be prepared for the boss we're progressing on. We have no time for people who miss raids frequently.

Good Communication:

We highly encourage our players to speak up and voice their suggestions or give input on a fight. Additionally, the ability to call out for an external defensive, ask for help carrying out a particular task or even general questions about the fight/strategy is something we value greatly.

A Great Attitude:

Everyone is aware that some fights can be stressful and the impact of real life can reflect in your mood at times, but we ask our members to try their utmost to keep the raiding atmosphere focused and friendly. Furthermore, we want someone who keeps character progression and development of the guild in mind at all times. A bad attitude simply brings down the rest of the team and it will not be tolerated.

Respect:

Respect towards teammates is an absolute must. We ask our members to conduct themselves in a manner that betters the guild and boasts a good reputation among others.

Knowledge of your class/spec:

You are expected to have a full understanding of how your class works, its rotation, how to maximize damage output and how to make the most of its utility to help the raid. You are also required to keep up to date with current best-in-slot items and any changes made to the class.
