Welcome to Soy

Soy is a freshly made semi-hardcore 2-day raiding guild that wants to improve, have fun and achieve Cutting Edge every tier. We like to have a chill atmosphere with some banter, but we can be serious when needed. We are a group of raiders with high mythic experience that want to jump straight into mythic and clear it at a consistent pace.

Raid days & Times

Wednesday & Sunday 19:30 – 23:00 Server Time (CEST)

Invites start at 19:15.

What do we expect from our players?

• Has a thorough understanding of his/her class/spec(s) and can analyse logs without being asked to
• Strives to become better every day
• Wants to be part of the guild and not solely in it for him/herself
• Can cope with criticism
• Strives for optimal attendance (90%+), making sure he regulates his hobby’s in such a way it doesn’t interfere with the raid
• Understands the basic addon requirements for raiding like Exorsus Raid Tools, DBM/Bigwigs …
• No alts required (currently)
• Mastering your class. Mage/Hunter/Warlock are good examples of classes where we take it for granted that you know all specs
• Outside of raids interract with other members like joining M+'s, Arena's, RBG's, Planned events etc to get to know each other and improve our synergy
• Makes sure he's prepared for the raids by watching guides, logs and having all consumables

What you can expect from us?

• A raid leader that has in depth knowledge of encounters at first pull
• Tactical knowledge of and execution to achieve maximum efficiency out of our raiding hours
• A lot of activity outside of raiding days, we are always prepared to help you in your m+ and other activities
• A progressive-minded group of raiders that values improvement and a fun environment
• Vocal raids with plenty of banter
• Providing Feasts, Vantus Runes, Cauldrons, Health and Mana pots during the raid

Trialling

• Ask questions if you are unsure about anything
• You’ll be evaluated based on your performance, attitude, activity and attendance
• Trial's can keep their loot as they won't be considered for tradeable loot (BOE's still go to the guild)
• Trialling can vary from 2 to 6 raidings days depending on the player (1-3 weeks)

Summary of rules

• BoE's go to the guild. Will be sold on the AH or traded to raiders for 50% of the current price
• Have Exorsus Raid Tools, RC Loot Council & Weakaura installed
• A working microphone and a silent background
