We're ACORNS. We achieved CE in ATSC and 8/9M in Amirdrassil, we'd like to continue this trajectory by maintaining a tight-knit, cohesive but chill raid team. We'd love to chat with you if that sounds like something you'd be interested in joining, we don't have an application and introductions/interviews where we answer questions and ask about your goals is the only necessary step before a trial is initiated. Trial doesn't have a defined length, but is passed when we consider you integrated into the team. We're very open communication-wise and encourage discussion and questions. Expectations:
-Previous mythic progression experience in the current expansion -Strive for continuous improvement. From night to night and pull to pull, you should be optimizing how you approach the boss -Research your logs and compare against others of your spec, fix your mistakes and stay up to date with optimizations for your class -Download and use all Weakaura’s/Addons required by the guild -Ask questions, be open to feedback, and willing to make suggestions -Understand that you may need to sit on a certain night or boss. We will take the 20 that will give us the best chance at getting a kill, but we do make every effort to get people the kills they need for Vault rewards and gear. If you can not be ok with sitting when asked, this will not be a good fit for you. Loot Rules:
-We use loot council and require everyone to have the RCLootCouncil addon. Loot is a tool to be used to progress the whole raid team. We distribute loot based on how it will most benefit the raid. -BoE’s are sold to fund the guild bank. This funds our raid consumables.
