Current Situation: 12/12 M-Nylotha + 12/12 H-Ny'alotha (AotC). Presently looking for ranged dps in particular. With performance as the baseline competency expectation, the key attribute I'm looking for is synergy. Goal Sequence: Class Testing (H-Ny'altoha) > Shadowlands Planning Ahead: Our raid schedule is intended to provide us with the raid time necessary to chip away at a mythic raid tier. With consistent weekly prog, bosses will inevitably fall. Cutting Edge will be inevitable. This however will be completely predicated on consistent progression, no matter how small the increment. Believing that the inevitability of Cutting Edge with consistent progression comes from multiple Cutting Edge achievements from a few of our notable raiders. Weekday CE Raid Times: Tuesday/Thursday \| 9:00PM-12:00AM EST. These are the days we will definitely raid during progression. Wednesday \| 9:00PM-12:00AM EST. May also be included as a main raid night during the first few weeks of a raid tier before going back to its regular off-night status. The raid group will begin forming 15 minutes prior to raid time. Our end time is a strict cutoff with our working professionals in mind. Weekend AotC Plus Raid Times: Saturday/Sunday \| 10:00pm-1:00pm EST. Focused on achieving one night heroic clears with a side of mythic for dessert. Recruitment: We are focused on progression. We take the "best" we have into each encounter, synergy is key. The "best" is judgement made from a multitude of facets (not just parsing). We've had awesome players who have had to sit out on bosses and that's tremendously important for any progression guild. We're looking for players who will contribute meaningfully to the raid. While we have no strict checklist of requirements, high performance reliability is valued.
