About us: <Cobalt> is a semi-hardcore raiding guild. We're all full-time workers in our mid-20s to 30s who love to push our characters to their limits. Our goal is to get Cutting Edge each raid tier on a lightweight raiding schedule. Raid Times: Wed 9:30-Midnight Central Sun 9-Midnight Central Current class needs: With blizzard's every increasing buff class/specs we are focusing on players for several of those roles. However we do look at every applicant and are always looking for skilled players even though we may not have your role listed. Expectations: Outside of raid, you should be researching how to optimize your play during raid. This means analyzing logs of people playing the same class as you who are outperforming you, and striving to improve your quality of play until you are playing at your maximum potential. Communicate on voice comms effectively. You need a mic to play this game. Come to raid prepared with consumables. Be self-sufficient. Maintain good attendance, and we ask our raiders to post out when they are going to miss. You are expected to know all of the mechanics for all of the bosses we are currently working on. Feel free to ask an officer what bosses we're doing on any particular night!
