About Antithesis |
---|
We are a laid back, tight-knit group of adults who have raided and many of us have played together for over a decade at this point. We are focused on having a good time, helping each other out, progressing at our own pace, and believe in positivity. Having initially been focused on casually reaching AOTC each patch, we find ourselves improving with each raid and are now looking to casually work on Mythic. There are many different definitions of what it means to be a semi-casual raiding group that people use, so what does semi-casual mean to us? To us, it doesn’t mean “bad”, semi-casual is a mindset for how we approach the game; it means that we look to get as far as we can into the content each patch, we don’t use logs to shame or call anyone out, we remain positive in the face of wiping, we succeed or fail as a group. Our raiders are still expected to show up with enchants and gems, and ready for a night of raiding, and our core members to be committed to attending all raids, but of course we understand that emergencies happen. In addition, we are an inclusive and open guild, and we have absolutely no tolerance for any sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any form of harassment towards other members of the guild. We do not point fingers at anyone - we all make mistakes and we all understand that they happen. We’re looking for like-minded individuals that are interested in progressing into Mythic, no previous Mythic experience required. While we’re filling up our roster for Mythic, we’ll be continuing to clear Heroic and helping people get AOTC who haven’t already. Last updated 74 weeks ago |
