We are a new guild (fresh as of 9.1) looking for new members to start a guild. Multiple founding members have CE experience, enjoy PVP, and do middle/high (20+) mythic plus. We're looking to build up a guild this patch, although we are keeping expectations tempered as we are starting with a relatively small pool of players.

Here are the expectations we have of guild members:

• Be nice
• Don't be not nice
• Don't blame other people for in-game stuff. First focus on yourself, then focus on identifying the contributing causes of the problem without indicting any individual.
• Racism/sexism/sexual orientation discrimination/general discrimination/hateful language not tolerated.
• We ask that you have a microphone for raiding.
• We are only looking for adult human beings.

Here's what you can expect from the guild:

• Transparency
• Approaching problems from a data driven point of view
• A fun play environment
• A focus on improvement and progress as a group

In general, we communicate primarily through Discord, and heavily rely on voice communications in raid and M+.

As for concrete goals, we expect to easily reach the following:

• AOTC

• KSM for any who wanna put in the time

• Mid/Late tier Mythic

Raiding times are currently Tues / Thurs 9-12 PM EST

We also have a good bit of interest in higher M+, as well as arena and RBGs.
