Play Like the Pros is a weekly digest of the top Mythic+ routes seen on Twitch streams and the Raider.IO Leaderboard to help you maximize your gametime.
WEEK 4 has begun and half of our dungeons have seen on-stream improvement since our last breakdown. “The Wall” has been a hot topic of conversation in the community surrounding how difficult it can be to break into +12 keys and how having an efficient route is more important than ever. Timers are certainly more restrictive than we’ve seen in recent history, so there were some optimizations this week from teams utilizing Throw Cleaver in Necrotic Wake and skipping the double Twilight Lavabenders in Grim Batol. That makes for a very small area to manage Vexiona during an already challenging encounter, but the trade-off may be worth it to avoid such a dangerous and slow trash pull. With MDI Time Trials just 8 days away, it will be interesting to see what keystone levels are played in the tournament and how viable their innovations will be to use in retail push keys!
