Serving in the dwarven council's honor guard, Snippey was found to be an excellent tracker. He was sent to Coldridge valley to train as a dwarven hunter under the watchful eye of Thorgas Grimson.

His most notable achievements happened in the recent past when he was asked by the council to join the champions' forces in the Battle for Daza'alor. In the aftermath of Nazjatar, he stood side by side with other heroes to defeat Queen Azshara herself in her Eternal Palace.

Like anyone else, he was wrecked by the Visions of the old god N'Zoth, but again part of a group of heroes, he entered the Old God's own domain to bring him to an end.

The remnant of the group stood together to build their own guild "Die verlassene Allianz" to stand side by side to face what the future holds. In the journey through the shadowlands they were joined and left by several promising heroes when they faced down Sire Denathrius after his betrayal and finally brought Sylvanas to heel.
