Shorz was a night elf who lived in Darnassus, the Alliance capital on the island of Teldrassil. He always had a curiosity for the unknown and the dangerous, and he ventured through the woods and mountains of the island. He dreamed of exploring the world beyond the sea, and joining the heroes who fought against the Burning Legion.

One day, he heard of a group of night elves who had become demon hunters, following the footsteps of Illidan Stormrage, the traitor. They were called the Illidari, and they dedicated themselves to fighting fire with fire, using the powers of the demons against them. Shorz was fascinated by this idea, and decided to join them.

He traveled to the Black Temple, where the Illidari were gathered, and offered to become one of them. He went through a painful ritual, in which he had to sacrifice his eyes and merge with a demon. He gained spectral sight, horns, tattoos and wings, as well as a thirst for vengeance against the Legion.

He became one of the most loyal and fearless followers of Illidan, and participated in several missions and battles against the enemies. He fought in Mardum, the Shattered Abyss, where the Illidari freed the imprisoned demon hunters and collected the soul stones of the demons. He fought in Suramar, where the Illidari helped the nightborne rebels to free themselves from the Legion's domination. He fought in Argus, the homeworld of the eredar, where the Illidari joined the armies of Light and Shadow to face the fallen titan Sargeras.

Shorz became a hero among the Illidari, and an example of courage and determination for the other demon hunters. He never gave up on his mission of destroying the Burning Legion, and always was ready to sacrifice everything for the greater good. He is a vengeful demon hunter, and a defender of Azeroth.
