We are a normal/HC progression raiding guild, since most of us don't have time for Mythic raiding. We expect new raiders to join for normal and our casual run first, before joining progression bosses. We need our raiders to learn from their mistakes and improve as we go along and learn new encounters. We need all raiders to watch videos/read tactics before a new boss, to get an understanding of what lies ahead. The guild provides flasks with cauldrons and feasts for our guild raids. Potions for prepots and during the fight is up to each raider to get themselves, and should be used to push an encounter as much as possible.
