(EU) Draenor

We are a group of gamers ranging from early twenties to mid forties. Our core group has been playing and raiding together, on and off, since Wrath of the Lich King, with some of us being veterans all the way from Classic. We have a mixture of backgrounds and personalities and have fostered a relaxed, social environment where we do our best to make inclusivity key, all whilst progressing steadily at the highest difficulty.

The guild was created again at the beginning of Shadowlands, and after a bit of recruitment, we've grown the guild into the community that it is today.

We have recently relocated to Draenor with the hopes of having access to a larger pool of talent, thus enabling us to continue raiding during holidays etc. - our previous smaller realm was particularly difficult to recruit on as nobody really wanted to transfer there, so as soon as we had one or two players dropping out, we couldn't tackle Mythic. This is something we're actively focused on rectifying in 10.2 and beyond.

We currently raid two nights per week - Wednesdays at 20:00 - 23:00 and Thursdays at 20:15 - 23:00, both server times. We may add in an additional optional raid at the beginning of the tier, usually at a difficulty we've already cleared.

Currently, we are not open for recruitment applications, but always welcome applications from exceptional players regardless of their class and spec.

• Optional weekly fun raids, usually at a lower difficulty than we are currently progressing (dependent on sign-ups).

• Other non-WoW related events/game nights/social get-togethers.

• Usage of the required add-ons (WeakAuras, DBM/BigWigs, Exorsus Raid Tools and RC Loot Council).

• You join Discord and have a working microphone.

• You possess a mature mindset and are not toxic.

• At least some knowledge of each boss fight in the current raid tier we are progressing.

• You come prepared with back-up consumables and your gear readily enchanted.

• Strong proficiency in your chosen class with a willingness to improve or adjust where necessary.

• You are a team player looking for a good challenge.

• You understand that, as part of a team, you're committed to joining most of the raids we have planned.

• You also understand that, as part of a Mythic roster, squad rotation is an organic part of this structure.
