<Squire> is a 2-day raiding guild, committed to offering an efficient, but fun environment to clear content at a steady pace.

We distribute loot with RC loot council (Early on in the season only!) to maximize efficiency in raids and progression. The loot council is a mix of officers and raiders to ensure transparency and trust.

• Wednesday 8.00 - 10.30PM CET (FRESH / Main Raid)
• Saturday 8.00 - 10.30PM CET (Progression / Main Raid)

Expectations from you as a raider

• Good attendance (irl emergencies out of our control happens).
• English speaking and willing to use your mic
• Appropriate raiding mentality (preparation, reviewing your logs, trying to improve)
• Be able to take and give constructive criticism for the benefit of the raid team.
• Non-toxic behavior, have a good and mature attitude
• Don't have a bad attitude/toxic behavior towards being benched for progression reasons (we're aiming to maintain a healthy amount of players during progression, therefore being on the bench for a boss or two might happen to you.)
