(UNS) Area 52

<Hardstuck> is a semi-casual guild located on Area 52 and our focus is providing an environment which is non-toxic and welcoming. Our principal goal is always AOTC and Mythic raiding is evaluated on a tier-to-tier basis based on collective feedback from the guild and overall status of the tier. The guild seeks to be at the intersection of casual and competitive.

Our group is composed of players with various skill levels and backgrounds who seek to engage in a relaxed, but focused raiding atmosphere. Many of us are working adults with real life obligations, but we seek to progress content in an efficient way.

In addition to raid, many of us spend a lot of time in M+. Players who are only interested in M+ are encouraged to reach out.

Raiding Times:

We operate on a strict two hour a week raiding schedule on Fridays from 11p EST – 1a EST.

Basic Expectations:

• The guild operates on a strict 2 hour a week schedule. Your preparation outside of the scheduled time is critical to our success to achieving our goals on this schedule.

• Many of us are working adults with kids and life happens all the time, so please coordinate if you are unable to attend raid with ample notice.

• If the guild chooses to Mythic raid later in the patch, you must have the understanding you may be benched for certain fights for various reasons. As noted earlier, we are an AOTC guild who evaluates Mythic progression on a tier-to-tier basis.

• Behavior that is non-toxic. We seek to provide an environment for all skill levels and all backgrounds.

• The guild provides raid expectations each season in addition to these. Please contact the Recruitment Officer if you would like to see these to better understand the expectations for this season prior to trialing.
