<Noir> formed during BFA with a AOTC raiding and KSM/KSH (2.5k - 3k) M+ goal. We typically raid only 2 nights a week for 2 hours a night 7pm-9pm (PST/server) in a constructive, positive and "mostly adult" environment.

Here are two things you should know about our environment:

• Our raid schedule for progression is mostly Wed/Thurs with rare occasions of Sundays for alts.
• We ask for personal accountability towards performance. Consumables, enchants, flasks etc...

Some other logistical information and points that elaborate on the above:

• Raid times: 6:45PM PST Server time invites; 7pm to 9pm server time is raid
• We encourage alts to push M+ to boost gear
• Player feedback is critical and fact-based; expect WCL analysis
• Loot is always MS>OS, any other items will be rolled for
• Most consumables are provided by the guild bank. Guild repairs are on 24/7 for raid members.
