About Us

Unbalanced is a two-day CE guild on Tichondrius. We have been around for over a decade and began pushing for CE on a two night schedule in BFA. We pride ourselves in having fun while utilizing our time efficiently. We provide an inclusive and competitive environment that allows any new trial an opportunity to earn a place in our raid team, while our current raiders are constantly striving to improve. Outside of raiding you will find our raiders in M+, PvP or other games. More than just a raiding guild we are a community.

Raid Times

• Tuesday and Thursday 8-11pm PST.
• We start the group and begin pulling trash at 7:45pm and first pull at 8:05pm PST.
• We also sell Heroic raid slots on Wednesday at 8:00pm PST. This is completely optional.

Loot

Although Master Looter was removed in BFA we will continue to use a form of Master Loot using the addon RC Loot Council. The rules are simple, if you loot an item and it is not soulbound to you, it will be distributed by the loot council. We will distribute loot to players with the best performance and best attendance. We use loot to achieve our goal of CE. Eventually everyone will be fully geared if you attend raid and perform.

What We Provide Raiders

• All raid consumables (Flasks, Food, and Vantus Runes) are funded by BoE raid drops.
• Set up M+ Groups for a max level weekly chest
• CE raiding on a two night 6 hour per week schedule, no overtime.
• Visibility into leadership and how the guild is ran
• Clear and concise documentation for our comps, gear, and strategy

Raider Expectations

Since we only raid two nights a week, we want to make sure everyone comes prepared and focused. The following is a list of expectations for all raiders:

• Research fights or join us in our officer boss overview meeting
• Have your character prepared for the fight we are progressing
• Have any consumables that are not provided
• Have addons and our Weakuara pack updated
• Update the attendance channel if you are unable to make raid

Raid Coordination

• We run a 25 man roster to allow us to be flexible in mythic raiding.
• We fill in slots for buff/fight requirements then any remaining slots are filled by the top performers.
