We are moving to Draenor-Horde This mostly due to our concern for long term health of a raiding guild on Alliance. Blizzard have repeatedly stated they won't be addressing the faction imbalance in terms of raiding. As a result, more and more Alliance guilds have been leaving to go Horde. Although Alliance are almost never at a significant gameplay disadvantage when it comes to killing bosses in raid - the issues of sustaining a raid team, missing raid nights, and even auction house economy problems would be alleviated or flat-out solved by moving to Horde, and sadly are likely only to deteriorate on the Alliance side of the game.
