Who are we?
<Incentive> is a fast-paced progression guild that aims to kill bosses in as few pulls as possible by preparing efficiently and making effective use of our time out of the raid and especially in the raid. We created the guild at the start of Dragonflight, achieving our expressed goal of an elite rank within 1 expansion.

What's our rank history?
Tier 30 - Vault of the Incarnates: WR438 (2 days) Tier 31 - Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible: WR150 (3 days) Tier 32 - Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope: WR62 (4 days) Tier 33 - Nerubar Palace: WR93 (3 days)

What's the goal?
We want to raid at a similar pace but on a reduced schedule from what we raided in Amirdrassil, so in TWW we will be raiding just 3 days and will challenge for similar ranks.

Who are we looking for?
We're only looking for players that have a high level of confidence in their abilities, a history of sustained high level performance and are sure that they can keep up with the most elite paces of progression. We want people who will readily speak up, calling things out and contribute to the strategy of a boss on a given night, as well as the overall direction of the guild.

What commitment do we need?
You need 2 characters in total for split runs. Our raid days are as follows:

Thursday: 20:00 - 23:30 ST
Sunday: 20:00 - 23:30 ST
Monday: 20:00 - 23:30 ST
