We are <Paradigm>, an English-speaking, raiding guild on Draenor EU.

We are a group of like-minded players who enjoy their time with each other, the game and in between while aiming to clear the tier efficiently without sacrificing our base philosophies and values.

These values consist of many things, some of them being:

• Ability to accept and give constructive criticism
• A vigorous, social bond between guild members
• A healthy, communicative environment
• Loyalty
• Competition
• A light-hearted tenor with banter between pulls and guild overall

If your reception of an evening of wiping is not calm, collected, and constructive, this place is not for you. Everybody, without exception, makes mistakes. It is important to understand and recognize them as a team & individuals and learn from them together.

Our raiding hours are exclusively the following:

• Invites will go out at 19:45
• Monday: 20:00-23:00
• Wednesday: 20:00-23:00
• Thursday: 20:00-23:00

During reclears we often go down to a 2-day schedule once we have optimized clears/ have acquired boss skips.

Requirements

• Exorsus Raid Tools, RCLootCouncil, WeakAuras and DBM/Bigwigs.
• At least 18 years old.
• Solid logs to back up your performance.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to use Discord and a fully working microphone.
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer.
• Ability to notify us about your future and absences in a reasonable time frame.
• Commitment to a high attendance - we want progression with the same people on most days, which can only happen if you can consistently fit our raid times into your schedule - Real-life commitments may come in the way, and we respect that.

This guild has never been a residence for drama or similar - with rare exceptions, when someone left the guild it was because they decided to try harder and more hardcore in terms of progression and world rankings, or because they were determined to quit the game. Besides a solid core throughout the years, people always come and go, but what has remained consistent throughout the years of this guild has been the positive feedback we have received from current members, leaving members and members that came back to us: that the guild was and is a special, unique place to them they haven't found in other communities.

We were founded in the late days of Nighthold and have navigated our way through the peaks and valleys, consistently through each tier to the point where you heard of us today!
