++Welcome++ We are first of all a raiding guild with the goals to clear Mythic raids in every expansion. We also do other events like Tmog raids and M+ pushing. Wish to become a part of us? Read the following rules, requirements and write one of the officers. Wooxu, Pearlyna, Arisoturan, GIlios

Raid Requirements (Player wise): We are looking for the players that maybe do have a live outside of WoW but at the same time spent the amount of **time needed **to do progress and to improve themself. So are you a player that enjoys practising, improving, pushing yourself to the limit and most important learn your class 100%? coz that is our major requirement! To minimize the time wasted on explaining tacs we expect you to make your own research for each boss regarding their abilities and overall fight we do have a channel with tacs etc. for each encounter other than that you will be told by a RL We require you to install the addons on our requirement list:

**Raid Requirements (Signups): ** We are using Discord raid bot for our raid signups and other events. Signing up for the raid you wanna attend in are mandatory, also whoever signup late might not get a spot. The reason for this is planning a raid without knowing how many raiders we have is impossible and this could result in 19 others waiting for one person. If you cant make it for a raid you signed up for, you should write to one of the RL's if you do not, benching or demoting you can be forced.

Raid Requirements (Gear wise / consumables): Currently we feel like clearing the raid before shadowlands hit therefore we require an ilvl of 470+ and of course with the right stats, essences, food/pots and majority of the biz corruptions your class needs for every encounter.

**Rules On Raid Nights: ** Our main goal on raids will be progress but we also do wanna have fun so on trash / farm bosses we are free to speak, making jokes etc. when that is said progress requires focus from everyone during encounters. So when pull timer is started everyone but RL goes quite. If you have any suggestions regarding tacs or whatever feel free to whisper either of the RL do expect they will not answer and do respect they will not change tacs during the current raid.

Rules For Composition And Loot: Keep in mind RL might ask you to change spec etc. during the raid, so we maximize the comp for each encounter. Also keep in mind RL might ask you to sit out on an encounter. And do not get upset if a RL comes back to you in private with either good or bad feedback coz this will happen. We use Loot Council which means that the raider who benefits most (decided by the raid leaders) will receive the loot. Raiders are able to leave a comment and select if the items they want is for main spec / off spec or other purposes BOE items always goes to the Guild Bank.
