Pylon is focused on progressing through the highest tier of content while also keeping to 6 raid hours a week. To do this we highly value raid prep, research, and out-of-raid practice. We started Mythic raiding in March 2021 and are a CE-focused guild. The ideal raider will properly prepare themselves and their character before raid. Putting in reasonable time to improve and research their class mechanics outside of raid. While also putting in the time to gear up through non-raid sources such as M+ or world content early in an expansion/tier. During raid, we try to respect everyone’s time by showing up on time and trying to stick to one team break after about 1-2hrs. We are looking for more players to allow for more raid flexibility and to make sure that IRL events do not hinder the group. Ideally, we are aiming to have a 24–26-man roster. All spots are competitive, we look at mechanics, raid awareness, DPS/HPS, and effort shown outside of raid.
