<Residue> has returned once again and is looking to optimize our roster in hopes of reaching CE on a 2 night raiding schedule. We are looking for competitive, driven players that focus on downing bosses and are team players. We have a strong mythic+ scene with a growing PvP scene as well.

All possible recruits should be able to:

• Have a complete understanding of their main spec and ALL(related to role) potential off-specs.
• Be prepared to perform at a competitive level.
• Be willing to take criticism.
• Be able to show up to 100% of raids, we try to avoid over recruiting, if you find yourself missing raids, you will be removed. However, we are reasonable people and will accommodate emergencies.
• Be a decent person, we do not appreciate toxicity, however banter amongst friends is expected and encouraged.
• The ability to comb over logs and identify where they are playing wrong, and what they can do better.
• Maintain their item level as it relates to current progression content.
