Not that Blizzard cares about any of this nor will they actually do anything but here are my major problems with Outlaw as a spec right now:

We have multiple abilities that are bugged or unplayable (Killing Spree etc.) We underperform in any single target burst damage situation We underperform in any AOE burst damage situation We underperform in any > 8 target situation We've had our attack range reduced making it punishing players to maintain uptime We have no major burst cooldown ability (completely fine with this being the case)

To fix these issues:

• The first is obvious... soft cap Blade Flurry
• A significant sustain damage buff. If we remain capped we must be one of the best specs at consistent funnel damage.
• If you aren't going to soft cap Blade Flurry or fix Killing Spree, replace Killing Spree with Blade Rush to make it a viable finisher that we can use in-between Crackshot windows and have it supercharge your next finisher or increase damage along with current energy regen. This gives us a viable uncapped AOE attack to weave into our capped AOE rotation, while also setting up increased damage for our next Crackshot window.
• Take everything from Trickster that was tied to Killing Spree and move it to Blade Rush. (Flawless form etc.)
• Remove Roll the Bones from GCD
