TL;DR:

• We are a newly formed guild looking to push hard in TWW with a focus on getting CE.

RTFA:

• Summit was formed midway through S4 of Dragonflight by a group of friends from a previous Mythic guild who have played together almost daily for the last year. We wanted more out of the game, so we decided to create a new guild to enjoy Dragonflight & TWW together. As we’ve always had a great time raiding/pushing keys with each other, we wanted to recreate the positive atmosphere that makes this game special to us.

• Our goal is to clear current content at a steady pace on a 2-day schedule, improving each tier. We also aim to foster a fun and engaging community where we can enjoy spending time together both in and outside the game. We pride ourselves on having an open raid environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and joking around between pulls, but can focus when the boss is pulled.

The overarching goals of Summit are:

• Ultimately, achieve CE.
• Continuous improvement each tier.
• Building the best possible roster by narrowing the gap between our weakest and strongest players through feedback, effort, and necessary replacements.
• Maintaining a roster of well-prepared, positive, and present players.

Miscellaneous:

• We raid 2 days a week (6 hours total), Wednesday and Sunday from 20:00 to 23:00 server time (invites go out at 19:45). No mandatory alts (though encouraged) or PTR testing (groups are formed if interested). At the start of a tier, we like to push hard, especially with keys and optimizing. While not required, it’s expected that you keep up with gear and don’t rely on raid handouts. With a 2-day raid schedule, most of the work happens outside of raid time; if you don’t enjoy this aspect, more raid days might suit you better.

• We have an active social scene, hanging out on Discord daily. We also organize optional alt-runs for both Heroic (not weekly) and Mythic (towards end of season) and have members pushing keys most days. We value our environment and atmosphere highly, and actual toxicity is not tolerated. We are inclusive to absolutely everyone. A good environment leads to better play, and better play enhances the environment. Social cohesion helps us achieve our goals, so we’re looking for people who fit in and make an effort.

What we’re looking for:

• Positive individuals open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. We emphasize feedback through log analysis to improve our raid and players.
• Resilient players who can move on from a bad night without getting stuck in “tilt”. We laugh off bad raids and aim to improve next time.
• Active players wanting to achieve CE level of raiding.
• Players who keep up with class changes and seek ways to improve and optimize their gameplay.
• Passionate gamers. If you complain about “having to play,” don’t apply. We want raiders who are here because they love the game.
• Players who take preparation seriously given our minimal raid time.
• Inclusive and respectful individuals. We have zero tolerance for any form of misbehaviour or abuse.
• Applicants who are at least 21 years old, fluent in English, use Discord, and communicate during raids if needed.
• Reliable attendance.

If you’re interested and feel we are the right guild for you, apply! If you don’t hear from us within a week, consider your application denied. We usually respond quickly, but it might take a few days if we’re busy.

Lastly, make your application personal. We care a lot about our atmosphere and environment. You don’t need to be super talkative or extroverted, but we need to ensure you’re a good social fit with the rest of our raiders.
