Narcosis is recruiting IMMIDATE SPOTS for a Tanks Warrior, Healers (H Pally/R druid/H Priest) and DPS (Mage/Warrior/Rogue/DH/Enhance). Narcosis is a 3 night mythic raiding guild where having strong performance and consistent attendance is a core value.
Log reviews happen nightly. They are closely monitored after wipes to find where improvements have to be made. We have a zero tolerance policy to players who make repetitive mistakes.
We are recruiting players who prefer long term commitments and who are serious about raiding. Requirements include: Recent Logs, Cutting Edge Experience, Microphone, Discord.
We want to have everyone using the same weak-aura's to reduce conflicts (at least the tier weakaura packages).
Required Addons: RCLootCouncil BigWigs Weakauras2 Exorsus Raid Tools/Method Raid Tools SharedMedia_Causese
Expectation: We expect our raiders to come on time, and be well prepared. This includes going over logs, checking VODs, revamping strategies, bringing pots and food, keeping your character up-to-date with the content (Renown, etc.), Unlock M+ caches every week to at least 2 choices (4 dungeons).
Short-Term Goals: US 75-100 in 10.00 Long-Term Goals: US 50-75
