Status on recruitment
Last update: 28/April. Currently looking for a Mage, Warlock and DPS DK (pref. with tank off-spec.) Reviews are usually done on sundays, with answers going out the following days.
Introduction.
A guild formed for 9.1 mythic raiding, where we achieved our goal of getting CE. We aspire to keep this level and keep on getting CE for future tiers to come. The guild is mainly has players who want to play competitively on a casual schedule. Our players have kids, work or studies that otherwise denies them the hardcore schedule. Other than raiding, we have some active m+ players along with the occassional game outside of WoW, such as Among Us or League of Legends. Among our ranks, you'll find everything between people who picked up the game in shadowlands to people having played at a high level even back in the vanilla times. The Vision for the Guild.
We aim to recruit players and not classes/specs. This means, that we care about player improvement and investment in the community, more than your logs from the most recent tier, within reason. We believe in potential and cultivating that potential. This also means, that we care just as much about the person we recruit, as we care about the skill/parse of said applicant. This is - after all - a game, and that we all want to enjoy our time in the game. We are what you can call a casual competetive guild, where we want to play competetively within the constraints of real life, work, family, studies and etc. Raid Schedule.
Note: Tarren Mill uses daylight saving hours, so if you are applying and playing from a country without daylight saving, you might want to double check the schedule for your timezone. What to expect from us
The guild mainly consists of player above 23 years of age with several nationalities represented. We are here to get CE, but at the same time, we play to enjoy the game. Our enjoyment lies within playing the raid and not neccesarily being super competitive about world ranking. Though this doesn't equate to us being complacent about mistakes. We still want progression at a decent pace. We provide feedback to help our players improve instead of letting them go right of the bat. For raid environment, we are focused on pull and throughout the pull, where discussion and comments are to the downtime between pulls. What we would like to see from applicants
A mature person, a player that is willing to improve and adapt. One who'd like to not only join for the community, but is partaking in it. One who is ready to go for CE and knows that good preparation makes our progress and limited raid-time more efficient. Lastly a player who plays for the team and not themselves, their logs or the like. How to apply.
I still have some questions left unanswered?! Hit us up on our Discord. Relevant links.

Raid Progression
We couldn't find any raid progression for that expansion.
Were you expecting to see some?
